Ratebeer Odense Tasting Old Lambic and more. Funky aroma with wood, plastic and barnyard along with perfumed flowers. Dry and tart wooden and funky flavour. Unique and frankly a bit weird fruit character.

Hazy rusty orange colour with thin head. Aroma is fruity, floral, slightly vinous. Tastes tangy and sharp. Light tannins. Juicy.

8-4-8-5-16 Bottle, no 7,21 - 22, 15 months after bottling. Pours dark golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of hay, gooseberries and plums, as well as bretty notes of grapes, musty fruit peel and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic notes with hay and tart fruity notes of grapes, plums and gooseberries, as well as funky, floral brett, musty farmhouse notes and wooden barrels. Balanced and moreish.

Bottle, LKBW. Hazyish orange, small white head, nonlasting. Strong wine cellar nose, trart with slight fruits. Milder sourness, quite vinous. Tart finish. Light. Ok.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Dan. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, funk, quince, lemon, salty sweat. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Bone dry finish, some musty green apple, lemony tang. Enjoyable.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting. 2023-03-02. Many thanks to Daniel . A A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a halo off white head. Aroma is tart ans waxy , tangerine, plastic, fuzzy peach. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, dry tart woody quince, peach, tangerine, salt. Palate is semi sweet, prickly, salt, tart, prickly. Good fun.
