Bottle at OBD. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head. The aroma is funk, oak, plum, earth, apple. Light body, funky, citrus, plum, wood, boozy finish, very good.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is super juicy quince, very aromatic and intense, but all that I love. Taste is quince, then all the Lambic funk beneath, but the quince jam is so expressive, finishing very jammy and then also very dry and a bit mineraly. Velvety mouthfeel with just a touch of carbonation. I love quince, and this is really impressive!

Bottle, 750 ml at Lambikodroom. Shared with Miro B, Hrvoje, Gerardo, Miro and Kris. Cloudy golden orange with small white head. Lots of quince, very smooth and soft, juicy. Seems they got as much as they could out of quince. Low carbonation. Medium bodied.

Pours slightly hazed, bit darker blonde. No real head. Scent is intense, quince, dry fruityness. lovely ! Taste is full, intense quince, slightly herbal, earthy, fruity. Tad creamy/malty, even somewhat buttery. Low acidity, less great balance than the first one, which had a more pronounced tartness.
