Tap at Bruckmüller. Cloudy yellow, big rocky white head. Big on vanilla, banana, some bubblegum, spices in the finish. Restrained sweetness though, good dry finish after a chewy desert body.

Bottle, 5.3%. Refreshing spicy aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Big stable rocky white head. The flavour is nicely sweet, slightly spicy. Hint of citrus in the finish. A quite well-balanced wheat beer.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a big and dense foamy white head. Yeasty, sourish sweet wheat-malty nose with citrus and banana, accompanied by shy clovy phenols. Light-sweet and sourish flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty-fruity and wheaty taste with primary notes of banana; sour-sweet wheaty finish with restrained clovy spice (16.08.08).

bottle, bought at the brewery. Yellow-orange colour, cloudy, very large head. Aroma of banana and yeast. Flavour of malt and fruit, especially banana. Yeasty character. Well-balanced and pleasant Hefeweizen.
