Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Dark amber colour, no head and aroma of malt, caramel, biscuit, earthy, floral hop. Taste is sweetish, malt, caramel, with fruity hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

2/6/2022. Cask at the 35th Colchester Real Ale & Cider Festival. Pours slightly hazy mid-brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is earthy, malty, caramel, biscuit, dried fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Oily with soft carbonation. Quite enjoyed it.
