50cl can. Pours clear, pale golden with a modest, white head. Malty, grainy and slightly grassy. Moderate to medium sweet with rather low flavour intensity and a light, but pleasant bitterness. Fairly drinkable.

330 ml bottle, brewed for Brooklyn Brewery at E.C. Dahls, Trondheim, consumed at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 4.6%. Crystal clear and very pale golden colour, large white head. Sweetish aroma of pilsener malts and grassy and floral hops. Crisp and clean pilsener flavour, moderate herbal hops.

Smell of straw, bread. Drunk from bottle. Aroma of malt, straw, some rubber. Medium bitter. Lively carbon.

Keg @ Jacaranda, Liverpool. Straw-blonde beer, crisp enough, very mildly dry, could be more flavoursome. Tried the bottle version too and is similar.

A light yellow and slightly hazy beer, a head is medum and white. Aroma has grain, some citrus and hay, fresh. Taste has grain and hay, mild bitterness. Medium bodied. Pretty nice, crispy.

[66cl bottle from Sainsbury’s, Bracknell.] A clear straw coloured pour with a tight white head; cereal grain aroma; crisp cereal taste; with a light grassy bitterness. A typical Eurolager.

660ml bottle. Pours pale gold with a large head. Aroma is straw, lemon and minerals. Taste has eggy minerals. Some straw. Simple.
