You are holding the very first edition of our Inida Pale Ale. Brewed with the finest malted barley and a small amount of wheat. Our ales are crafted by hand in very small batches and neither fined, filtered or pasteurized to give the outmost flavour. Carefully selected hops are added to give aroma and a balanced bitterness. As we choose to condition our ales in the bottle, it will leave a small deposit. Best served at cellar temperature in a Burgundy wine glass or equivalent.

Bottle at Obaren. Pours orange hazy with frothy white head. Fresh nose of apricot, mango and some pine. Fruity, hoppy aroma well balanced with the malty sweetness. Quite good actually.

First rating33 cl bottle at the beer bar inside NK Saluhall, lowest level of the NK building in Stockholm. Very nice place. Sampled on November 14, 2012.Brew date 2012-04-09.The staff told me some of the bottles had been bad, so we checked it before I had to pay and indeed, this was one off the off bottles. Apparently other bottles have been fine though, so hope to find this again somewhere and try it one more time.Clear copper color, white head. Hoppy but unfortunately mainly acidic scent. Sour, infection like taste. Spritzy thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.Likely can find this non infected from what I’ve heard, but something has gone wrong here.3/3/3/2/6=1.7Rerate33 cl bottle marked 141205, sampled on August 15, 2014.Clear dark copper color, fluffy off-white head. Sweet, caramel, rubbery phenolic, grainy, yogurt, strawberry scent. Also some O’boy!? Grainy, harsh bitter taste. Some marmelade sweetness. Grainy bitter aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, more fizzy actually. Medium high harsh bitterness.4/4/4/2/8=2.2

(Draught at 19 Glas, 20120626) The beer poured orange and cloudy. It’s head was medium sized and whie. Aroma had citricness, grapefruit, pine and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, grapefruit, hint of mango, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, malty and bitter. A tasty but a bit thin IPA.

330ml Bottle (Man in the Moon, Stockholm) - Amber with a foamy head. Pine, grapefruit and peach feature in the aroma. Hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, toffee and peach. Slightly tangy on the tongue and a very impressive first beer from this brewery. Definitely one to watch.

Bottle at Eksedts (brewed jan 15) Balanced and well made IPA for a new brewery. More artisinal feel than a danish brew form de Proef, but supposebly more of a "PangPang" alternative for the Östermalm crowd than something for us geeks...

Bottle at 19 Glas, February 2012. Hazy amber with a nice, creamy white head. Nice aroma of pineapple, grape and hops. The taste was not as good as the aroma but still pleasant and enjoyable. Nicely balanced and easy to drink. An interesting first beer from this new brewery.

Bottled at 19 glas, Stockholm. Cloudy pale amber, rich firm head. Rich aroma of gooseberry and grapefruit. Medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly malt backs lychee and pear-like hops. Mid bitter finish. A well made IPA - sort of Kernel-like, but not quite as tuned yet.
