This style shouldn’t work well. The fact BS can have the right amount of fruit and saison is amazing.

Bottle picked up from Etre Gourmet webshop Grez-Dorcieau Belgium (I think?) had this at Stefan's 30th birthday party in Lustenau, Austria. Pours pale, slight hazy pink with a blushed white head. Sour cherry and funky with a nice brettiness, really wakes the tongue up. Fruity, fresh, but with a dusty, woody, Funky nose.

Bottle. Hazy deep orange color with white head. Aroma is peppery, mild color, not so much cherry. Taste is the same, mild funk, peppery, dry, some perfume. Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very good!

Bottle, thanks Fin&Loz! Pink, lace geht haze, offwhite low head. Dry Brett nose, cherry skin. Medium light dry sparkly body. Funky base, dry berry, lightly vanilla, grass notes. Perfumed cherry and strawberry retronasal.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery online shop. Pours clear red-yellow with a modest, foamy white-pink head. Lightly sweet, sharp acidity, tart cherries, very mild funk, lemon, lots of white pepper. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, more sturdy acidity, zippy cherry. Nice one all around.

Large bottle from the barley twist at Bourne woods. Light rose colour. With a thin head. Nice funky and tart cherry aroma. Submit and Casio. Easy drinking.

Lys rød lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter noe svovel og bæreddik. Lett. Fruktig sursyrlig smak. Smaker sure kirsebær og eddik. Middels lang.

Bottle. Burning Sky online shop. Deep dusky pink. Thin and fairly dense, lasting white foam. Looks well. Nose has fresh cherry. Cherry stone. Bright and fresh citrus. Touch of grapefruit. Light peppery notes. Lightly funky. Taste has a juicy sweetness, with a tart, drying cherry stone character. Light and slightly tart on the palate. Feels a tad watery. Fine foamy carbonation. Light tart and dry finish. Promises more than it delivers as it stands.
