75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 23. Thanks Mike for this. Hazed reddish amber pour with a small white head. Good raspberry definition coming through here, nice raspberry nose, moderate sweetness, nicely balanced overall. I do like raspberry in a beer.. lovely.

17th April 2023; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange in Chez Sophie, five guys drinking and chatting with plenty of snacks. Cheers Mike for this one. 75cl cork and caged bottle: BB 25th May 2032. Wispy white head on a misty amber body. Mini raspberry aroma with the fruit coming through more in the taste, a bit on the sour side for my palate but not as tart as some I've drank.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Burning Sky online. Pours lightly unclear pink with a frothy, mostly white head. Light sweet flavour with refreshing berry tartness, balanced acidity, understated funk, raspberry accents. Light bodied with ideal, massaging carbonation. Balanced, quenching tartness to finish, more fresh berries, a little woody dryness, mild jammy raspberry, nips of salt. Superb.

Bottle. Beer Central Sheffield. Hazed dark pink. Good slim white foam. Nose has raspberry yoghurt. Whiff of oak. Some bretty notes. Taste is light tart, and a little dry. Quite thin mouthfeel with rolling foamy carbonation. Dry and lightly tart finish. Decent fruit on the nose but overall there’s not much going on here.
