Flaska från Gerijptebieren drucken med ölföreningen. Frisk med väl avvägd dyra, lite funk, druvor och aningen mineraler. Harmonisk och mycket god.

0,75l bottle at home. 2021 Cork for Season 21/22. Bottled 11. October 2021. smells funk, earthy, tannins, some stone fruits, spices, light peaches. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes funk, earthy, volatile acids / lactic, grassy, bit citric, light tannins, subtle peach notes, light minerals. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of peaches, volatile acids and mineral notes. good one, not great. Bordering on too acidic, in general the grapes arent too expressive ... wishing back the Muscat years..

Really nice earthy green grape. A bit of sweetness, slightly honeyed. Tart and nicely vinous.long-lasting, but the bottle went too quickly. Work Christmas lunch

Bottled: 10/2021. Hazy yellow, thin, stable, white head. Aroma of unripe peach & plum, white grape, white wine, lemon peel, oak, vinegar, cheese rind, hay, flowers. Taste has sour peach stone, unripe plum & grape skin, some lemon acid surrounded by funky hay, leather & vinegar in a soft sourdough-like malt body. Old grassy hops in the finish, touch of hay, ongoing funky yellow fruit, bitter-sour grape skin, oak and a tannic white wine effect. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Amazing example of Belgian beer culture on a very high level, one to savour...
