330 ml bottle from Ammersin Centerstore, Brunn am Gebirge.
Crystal clear, pale golden body, with a big, frothy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of bread, grains, hay, grass, citrus.
Taste with a lot of citric hops, bread, grains, herbs, grass, some honey.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, quite dry, with citrus, herbs, grass and honey notes again.

Very nice, fresh Pils. The combination of citric hops and bready, grainy notes, with subtle honey is really enjoyable. Really good beer for this style, one of the very best Pilsners from Austria I’ve had so far.
