Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia amara.

5,5 % version. Smell of citrus, some honey. Hazy amber colour, high off-white head. Aroma of spruce, hops, malt. Medium bitter, medium sweet. Flat carbon. Pleasant.

Die Optik zeigt sich sehr trüb und dunkelbernsteinfarben bis leicht kupfer. Die weiße Schaumkrone fällt leider rasch auf wenige Millimeter in sich zusammen. Die Duftaromatik wirkt fast schwer. Süßlich-herb, karamellig und kräuterlastig mit einem leicht fruchtigen Touch von überreifer Orange, Mandarine oder Pomelo. Der Antrunk kommt angenehm spritzig und breit karamellig und fruchtig, aber auch deutlich herb. Am Gaumen dominieren vor allem die herben Hopfennoten, welche aber auch die karamellig-malzigen, sowie die reiffruchtigen Noten (v.a. Orange und Mandarine) zulassen. So entsteht ein durchaus voller Körper mit vielfältiger Aromatik. Auch wenn die Hopfenherbe vielleicht etwas zu ausgeprägt erscheint, darf und muss man von einem guten Bier reden. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind durchaus gut - dieses Bier macht Spaß! Im Nachtrunk wirkt die Malzaromatik gut nach. Das Grande Finale macht selbstverständlich eine fruchtige Herbe, welche letztendlich in eine grasige bis kräuterartige, leicht trockene Herbe mündet.

Das nächste Bier aus der Finnland-Craftbierbox Finnisch ist so eine Sprache, von der man überhaupt nichts versteht, wenn man sich nicht damit beschäftigt. Offenbar heißt die Brauerei Hiisi und Rakki ist das Bier, was wiederum eine Sagenfigur in Wolfsform zu sein scheint. Dies hier ist ein Honigbier, das allerdings nicht sonderlich süß ist und daher nicht besonders süffig rüberkommt. Im Grunde ein nettes Bier, aber als Honigbier ist es mir zu bissig.

Many thanks to djoeye for sharing a 330ml bottle of this one, 5.5 % abv. Next-to-clear dark amber body under a bubbly, pearl white head, rings of lace down the glassware. Quite attractive aromas of dried fruits and mid-sweet malts. Forest fruity taste profile, joined by a vibe of caramel malts and a piney backdrop to a bittersweet finish. Likable. Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7. Amber. Uklar. Høyt kremaktig skum med litt farge. Lett ferskenaroma. Innslag av urter. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken tørket frukt. Lett tørr avslutning.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Amber color. Rye bread and grapes in the aroma. Rye bread, grapes and a light sourness in the flavor. Could be much better.
