Ich schließe mich meinem Vorredner an und betrachte es als Kellerbier. Trübe gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Getreidiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig mit Biskuit, malzig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Half litre bottle from Beers of Europe (as Regensburger Zwickl): BB 18th July 2022. Drank at home on 2nd May 2022. Light haze to the golden/amber body, decent sized white crown on top. Biscuit malty nose and bready taste, some bittering hop action gives balance; nice, easy going Zwickl.

Bottle, as Regensburger Zwickl, huge thanks Motelpogo for sharing! Hazy golden body, white head. Grainy notes in the aroma, honeyish, slightly flowery. Lean, dry taste, minerally, yeasty, light dogfood, light cardboard. Oooh. Not great, not terrible.

Fles 50cl in Graz als Zoigl. Grainy, licht zompig, maltig, zoet, klein zuurtje, geel fruit. (7-9-2021).

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy amber, big fluffy head. Yeasty, grassy notes, some malty caramel notes, some acidic citrus notes. Mild bitterness, light acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry finish. Just alright.

Swing top bottle. Amber color. Maltaroma and flavor with a hint of caramel, Soft floral notes. Medium bodied. Not unpleasant

bottle. clear amber with medium foamy head which disappeared in few seconds. Aroma mostly of malts and caramel. Taste is bready, malty, sweet with hints of herbal hops. Medium bitterness. Drinkable.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, more and more yeasty, modest dry. Light sweetness. Hints of butter cookies. Finish well balanced. Hints of cinnamon. Nice.

Cloudy pale amber colour, large frothy off-white head, mosly diminishing with thin layer and yeast islets remaining, good lacing. Aroma is malty, light fruity (apple, strawberrie), basement, yeast, wet hay. Taste is mild sweet and bitter, good duration, malty, grassy. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste as in taste joined by a light sourishness. Interesting and pleasant Zoigl.
