Hornecker Edel-Hell, ein Bier für gehobene Ansprüche, lebendig und natürlich. Es wird mit etwas mehr Gerstenmalz gebraut und erhält dadurch eine Stammwürze von knapp 12° Plato, die einen Alkoholgehalt von 5,0% vol. nach sich zieht. Der geradlinige Geschmack nach frischem Malz, verfeinert mit dem natürlichen Aroma von Hopfendolden aus der Hallertau verleiht dem Hornecker Edel-Hell seinen harmonischen würzigen Geschmack.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear pale yellow with a white head. Lightly sweet grainy malts. Medium body, clean maltiness with some flowery hop accents. Dry and lightly hoppy finish. 220809

Hazy golden with a tiny white head. Malty aroma with grassy hops. Flavour was sweet with malty and grassy notes. Finsihed bitter.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrusy hops, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

bottle, purchased at the brewery. Clear golden colour, large white head. Fruity nose. Malty, grainy, with a fruity touch (apples). Medium-bodied, malty background with woody hop flavours. Has its own character which is unusual at first but very pleasant after a while. Pleasant beer from a brewery located in beautiful scenery.

Aromatisch hopfiger Antrunk, die Süße wird durch einen milden Herbeton auf angenehmer Intensität gehalten. Eine leichte Grasigkeit, die dem Bier Natürlichkeit verleiht, kommt im Mittelteil neben dem gleich bleibenden Hopfenton durch. Mittelaromatisch, zum Ende milder werdend. Hier noch leicht hopfig, die Akzente liegen eher auf der verbliebenen leichten Grasigkeit. Vielleicht etwas mild. Test vom 12.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,10,11,8,10,9 - 9,25
