A bundle of several Pavillon barrels with more tropical and fruity tones. The fruity and juicy character is underlined thanks to light hopping with Motueka hops. The long fruity and hop finish and light acid contrast nicely contrasts with the funk rising from the hops

Hazy pale golden color with low white head. Aroma: citrus notes - orange, orange peel mainly, yeasty presence, thin thin oaky line. Taste: orange, candied orange, light oak, slightly phenolic. Medium body, moderate to high carbonation, light bitterness. Very good, but missing a bit to be great.

Bottle at a tasting, thanks to Wendigo. Med-thin body, high carbonation. Easy drinking, both malt and hops in the background. Rather phenolic, spicy, also moderate barnyard affairs. To be honest I do net get any dry hopping at all in either aroma or flavour. Quite good still.
