Tap @ the Brewery. Cellar aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with soft caramelly and heavier Cellar notes. Not a very pleasant alt.

0.25 l on tap at the brewpub. Clear, copper with a medium large, frothy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, quite grassy-spicy and a bit malty aroma of fresh grass, some citrus and a touch of caramel. Sweetish, malty, quite grassy-spicy and minimally roasty taste of caramel, nuts, grass and traces of citrus, followed by a short, medium bitter, quite dry, grassy-spicy and a little roasty finish with traves of iron. Almost medium-bodied, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, crisp Alt!

Tap: Light amber coloured, clear, medium-sized and slowly collapsing off-white head mild sweetish-bitter toasty-fruity nose with delicate "woody" hops underneath; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering and a bit drier herbal hoppy and malty finish. Good, yes, but compared to the "giants" on the other side…

Out of the barrel at the brewpub. Smooth, grainier Alt with a moderate bitterness that gets a bit higher till the end. Fresh, malty, nice slightly sweetish malty. Grainy aftertaste, fresh but a bit too malty with a nice intense bitterness.
