West Coast IPA

Loaded with Cascade, Mosaic and Simcoe from Yakima Chief Hops, this is a modern approach to the old school West Coast IPA. Medium body, soft bitterness, bursting with flavour and aroma, this beer is an explosion of oranges, mandarins and marmalade.

Közepes, tartós hab, kristálytiszta borostyán szín. Mandarinos, narancsos illat, némi fűszerességgel. Fűszeres, narancsos, mandarinos, citrushéjas ízek. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Kellemes, jól összerakott sör, de semmi extra.

Solid IPA. Passion fruit and mango. A little grapefruit. Flavours come on strong, kind of more like a NEIPA initially. Then plenty of peel and some green onion. Pours clear golden like a West Coast IPA. Definitely good overall. Tried on recommendation from a dude at the bar at Cerveteca, and didn't disappoint.

Can in the hotel room, Cascais, from Libeerdade Lisboa 26/03/22. Moderately hazed orange with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is orange pith, grass, ripe citric flesh, melon, toasted malts, pineapple, light perfume. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, mandarin, grapefruit zest, pine dusting, hint of stoned fruits, soft malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced grassy come juicy hop bitterness. Decent IPA.

Shared with the boys at BBT 11/2021. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. High bitterness, with a slightly harsh vegetal edge, but not too sharp. Malt in the background, fully hoppy. Dank Mosaic character is big here, otherwise slightly zesty, grassy. Easy drinking, good one.
