Thanks to Erzengel for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, modest hoppy-dry background. Mild bitter notes. Finish well balanced, quite drinkable. Nice!

33cl bottle.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond and dense mid-sized foamy head. Strawy and slightly bready malty aroma with notes of herbal hops and shades of caramel. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malt-character with a shy hint of cara-malt, accompanied by soft herbal and slightly grassy hops, drying the beer towards the mildly sweet-bitter finish. A rather bland brew but offers nevertheless an interesting look into the past before the triumphal procession of their Pilsener since the 1960/70ties. 15.IV.13
