Bottle: Poured a golden color lambic with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some barnyard notes and some nice grapes and vinous notes. Taste is also a mix of funky barnyard notes with some lightly sweet grape notes and a tart/vinous finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable with a nice mix of vinous and lambic funky notes.

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours hazy gold with a foamy, white head. Light sweet flavour with a fair bit of plastic, lemon, sturdy acidity, pale wood. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. A little sharpish to finish, more lemony put, vinyl. So so.

Bottle. Old Shoe. Blend no 47 using different grapes from a different winery, but probably doesn’t warrant a new entry. Dunno tbh. Anyway. Mostly clear gold with a modicum of white head. Very heady fruity spicy grape notes. Moderate 3F funk. Touch of lemon. Oaky backdrop. Taste is lightly tart and vinous. Spritzy and clean on the palate. Dry-ish tart finish.

Pours clear blonde, medium white head. Scent is funky, oak, mild grape fruityness beneath, but it shows and makes the beer unique. Earthy and herbal as well. Taste is full, intense and complex. Tart, very woody. Surprisingly herbal, yet fruityness is not absent, tad grassy. Bit gasoline aroma as well ,which seems typical for these grapes. Not bad at all!
