Vintage Spontaneous Raspberry & Sour Cherry Ale.
Some dream of a white Christmas, while others dream the Midwinter Dream. Each bottle is made from four hundred grams of raspberries and sour cherries blended with spontaneous ales from some of our oldest barrels. This is a brew three years in the making, worthy of a quiet evening with your friends and family. Tread softly because you are treading on our wildest dreams.

Cloudy red amber. Aroma is horse blanket barnyard raspberry cream. Taste is dry sour fresh raspberry, leaves, fruity caramel. Quite well rounded and fresh. Good. -1 overall for gushing half the bottle.

Bottle at Christmas, it slightly exploded, one of the top 5 gushers. Lightly red, small head as most got lost in the explosion. Sour nose with big cherry/berry character. The flavor is a bit too dry/sour for me, not very balanced, a bit of rubbery flavor as well.

Bottle, top5 gusher of all times. Murky red color with pinkish head. Aroma is intense raspberries, very fresh, tempting. Taste is the same, a lot of raspberries, dry finish. Fizzy carbonation.

--Keg at SBWF. -- Hazy copper colour, small head. Tart nose with apricots and funk. Tart with underlying sweetness. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Fruit tartness, some caramel. Low bitterness.

2018 Vintage. Taster at BXLBeerfest. Red hazy color, small off white head. smells cherries, marzipan, Raspberries, lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes cherries, marzipan, Raspberries, bit earthy. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of raspberries, cherries and marzipan notes. Lovely beer

Tap at Salon piva April 2022. Red coloor with pinkish head. Aroma of sour cherries, light raspberries. taste starts clear with cherries, followed by strong raspberries. Light varzian, funk, pleasant fruity sourness. Excellent.
