Traditional Irish Dry Stout. More taste, more balance, more natural. Roast coffee and fruit notes balanced by delicious Hop Bitterness.

Canned.
Poured near black in color.
Creamy smooth with lots of coffee and cacao, not that dry but drinks easily and even has a slight bitterness.

Can. Red black with a very dense 2cm beige head. Lightly roasted coffee aroma with grass and hints of citrus. Vague nitro mouthfeel. Dry with coffee, some citrus, before a fairly hoppy finish. OK if simple.

Can from the Packie enjoyed at home.
Pours a dark brown with faint garnet at the edges and a huge frothy pillowy off white head that persists. Earthy roast and hints of chocolate. Pretty nice dry stout.

Very simple, soft roast, dry earth, a little milk chocolate. Drinks fine but it’s quite basic.

Can at CBJ, thanks to Cloin. Near clear brown beer, small tan head. Airy, semi dry finish, modest fine carbonation. Thin papery dark malts, a mild bitterness, thin dry finish. Nothing here that ticks any boxes.

440ml nitro can. Black pour with a dense smooth beige head. Aroma of roast malts, coffee, dark chocolate. Taste is the same, predominantly roast malt and coffee notes, dark chocolate, fruity hints, caramel, moderate bitterness. A light but very smooth body. On par with the stout you're thinking of, I'd say.
