Investor IPA is a huge part of our story. Sori Brewing was crowdfunded by craft beer enthusiastic investors who share our vision and feel the passion.
This straightforward West Coast IPA was one of the first brews they got to taste. Now it’s a praise for all the 225 people believing in this brewery and the idea behind it. This beer is packed with Amarillo, Simcoe, Cascade and Magnum hops, giving it a strong tropical and citrus fruit aroma with a long, dry finish. Taste a part of our story and enjoy the hops!

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey golden to amber colour with average to huge, fluffy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney, hoppy aroma, unspecifical fruity overtones, yellow stone fruit, berry and tropical fruity notes; fruit purée. Taste is piney hoppy, slightly citrusy, tropical fruity, hints of orange zest, a waxy touch, unspecific berry-fruitiness; slightly earthy overall.

Bottle from Biernavigatie, batch 027 BB 04122016, large sample. Slight hazy golden to orange color, medium rocky head. Aroma of flowery hops, lavender soap bar, potpourri. Soft to medium bitterness, which quicky disappears actually. Bit caramel sweetness. Slight watery. Dry plant like in the finish. Hmm, Im not a fan of this.

Sampled from tap at Amsterdam Craft Beer Fest 2016. Clear, golden amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity aroma of mango, orange jam, honey and some pine. Sweetish, fruity taste of mango, orange jam, some honey and a bit of pine, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little resiny finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a small beige head. Aroma is big time catpissy, some fruity and floral notes along with herbs and some bready malts. Flavour is fruits, ripe fruits, some floral, grassy and herbal notes along with some nectar and sweet malts to it. Balanced.

A dark orange beer, a head is small bubbled, blond and almost medium. Aroma has quite strong caramel maltyness, mangos, pine and resin, some grapefruits. Taste has pine, some caramel and resin, medium bitterness. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Straightforward.

Draft @ Drink Bar, Tallinn. Léger orangé, col blanc. Arôme houblonné sur de belles notes citronnées, avec un petit côté pelure orange. Palais est malté, cara pâle, Munich pointe houblonnée, citronné et pamplemousse, avec un fini axé sur le caramel, pointe huileuse houblonné, léger collant aux lèvres avec un sucre résiduel persistant, touche de pin. Trouve le tout trop axé sur les malts.

Tap at Drink Bar, Tallinn. Abv 6.9%. Slightly hazy amber color, good creamy beige head, lace. Piney aroma with sweet tropical fruity notes. Medium-bodied. Caramalt, tropical fruits. Pine and resin in the spicey hoppy finish. Solid ipa.

330ml bottle from my Euro Secret Santa ’15. Pours hazy orange with good white head. Aroma is citrus, fresh-cut grass and malt. Taste continues with lots of juicy lime and floral tropical flavours. A great IPA.
