Bitterer, etwas säuerlicher Antrunk. Mild herb, kein Hopfen. Dann leicht getreidig, die Bitterkeit steigt deutlich, an Alkoholfreies erinnernd. 8/6/5/5/7/5

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. The beer starts bitter and dry. Not too deep. Slightly grainy-sweetish, slightly bitter. A bit mouldy. Nice.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Pale malty nose with notes of woody and slightly citric hops, accompanied by a whiff of barnyard. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Soft malty base with hoppy accents from the beginning with mainly herbal and woody notes; dry, hop bitter and slightly woody finish, with notes of barnyard. A likeable rural Pils from Franconia. 26.IV.12

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden coloured, white, mid-sized loose foam; shy bitter-metallic nose with a touch of barnyard; moderate bitter, quite dry flavour, smooth; grains and sweet-malt detectable in the mainly dry bitter finish. Not very aromatic, but quite well quaffable franconian Pils.................
