Aroma is sourish and somewhat floury with banana esthers and some funky yeasty notes. Flavour has yeasty tones, some banana and citrus, Feels a bit tart. Somewhat watery and floury palate. Finishes with some papery tones. Too thin and straightforward, but not bad to be a first top-fermented beer from this macrobrewery.
