A can shared with Marko at the Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. A can was a huge gusher for no apparent reason. Unclear golden to yellow. Small off-white head. Aroma is perfumy floral, bready and cardboard. Smooth, creamy, cloying. Flavour is bready, citrusy, floral and cardboard. Finishes sweet and bland.

Can at Goblet. Hazy pale golden-yellow body, off-white head. White wine, floral and herbal hoppy notes in the aroma. Similar taste, low floral and herbal aroma, bit of white grapes, dry and bitter. Okay.

Tap at Salon piva. Very good, lots of citrusy zesty hoppiness take the spotlight and the underlying lager provides it very nice space to shine. Very clean, crisp, juicy. Very tasty, refreshing, easy drinking.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, smooth and has fine crispness. Smooth airy pale malts with a very light creamy sweetness. Tiny bit of lager character comes through. Nice hops - mildly spicy with fresh orange and tangerine. Little lemon and smooth floral pine. Trace of hop skunk. Smooth semi dry finish. Nice one. Give me a well hopped lager over an insipid SIPA anyday.
