Unique specialty beer of low fermentation which combines the drinkability of a lager, with the character and mouthfeel of specialty beer with a pleasanthop bite. 100% Malt, no added sugars, only grain. Mix of aromatic hop varieties from 3 continents. Late Hopping, post kettle hopping, dry hopping. Fusion fermentation, simultaneously with 2 yeasts (bottom fermentation).

Medium, light-yellow irregular head, lacey, over fully hazy orange beer. Fishy nose, canned herring - high DMS? Rotting vegetable matter, rosewater, compost heap, citrus. Bitter-orange, Bergamotte lime; lots of meaty esters, as raw mincemeat in the finish, laurel/bay leaf and nutmeg (in the mince?), plastic, and lots of fleeting aromas and flavour, just for a second. Medium bodied, quite slick, good carbonation. Without argument one of the weirdest brews ever tasted. Can't make up my mind if I like or detest it. 4/4/6/3/11

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Albert Heijn Culemborg. Hazy light golden with a big white head. Grassy citrus hop aroma. High carbonation. Again a solid brew from the Antwerpse Brouw Compagnie but not as tasty as their Seef or Bootjesbier. There are better India Pale lagers out there.

33cl Bottle from AH. Murky golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of orange juice, grapefruit, bison grass, light earthy. Flavour is crisp, light malty, fruity but not sweet fruity, grapefruit, grass, light minty, bitter finish. Light bodied, smooth. Good stuff.

Bottle at home on the roof. Hazy golden with white head. Sweet malts, tropical fruit, grassy and resiny hops. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation, creamy malty feel. Lovely BBQ company.

Bottle from local Albert Heijn @ home. Hazy yellow colour with a small to medium sized white head. Smells fresh, pilsner, some hops, nice. Tastes sweet, malt, nice hoppiness, slightly fruity, slightly yeasty. Very nice ISL. I'm pleasantly surprised. Medium body, crisp, nice carbo.

16/IV/18 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home - BB: 4/IX/19 (2018-457)

Clear blond beer, big irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, dusty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, bit metallic, unpleasant bitterness, banana yeast esters. Aftertaste: some almonds, sweetish malts, banana, very bitter, metallic, unpleasant, where's the dry hop? Also hasn't a lot of lager character to it.

Hazy blond with thin soapy head. Aroma has some fresh, grassy hop and is a little soapy too. Soft texture, light carbonation. There's an unusual twist coming perhaps from the yeast. It gives a slight funk. The soapy element is the biggest problem with this.
