Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty, hay, straw, malt, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121110]

Bottle. It pours a dark golden body and a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is a bit alcoholic, with grass, flower hints and some pale malts. There’s some solvent in the flavor, with alcohol warmth, grass and bitterness. It’s also quite fruity. Bitter finish with grass and some pale malts. Except for the alcohol and solvent hints, which is easy to adapted to, it’s a quite pleasant maibock. 121110

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, grass and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 6.8% @ FOneFan. Clear deep golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, hop and grass. Flavour is malt, grass, hop, little caramel, little sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Orange golden color with small white head. Malty, biscuity aroma. Taste, caramel, malt, biscuits, alcohol. Biscuity bitter finish. Enjoyable Maibock.

Süßlich malziger Beginn, etwas grasig, würzig. Die helle Malzigkeit wird stärker, süffig, die frische Herbe gefällt. Eürzig malziges Finish mit überraschender Hopfigkeit und passender Süße. 9/12/11/12/11/11

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Ambery golden colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is bready and sweet malts, some alcohol and quite grassy notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some grass, hay and mild bready notes. Also alcohol sweetness in the flavour. Not that pleasant bock.

Bottled 330ml (BZ, BB 11/2012)
My first beer from this brewery. Clear pale amber color, small steady white head. Very bready aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is also very bready, sweetish and then strong herbal bitterness and alcohol in the aftertaste. I wonder if this is always so bready, still long way to BB-date. (MortizF’s rating has very much all same things what I find from this beer.)
