A slightly cloudy, golden beer with a weak and white head. Aroma is quite mild, and grain, dominating strong honey and some herbs. Taste is grain, balanced honey, that is not all, not too sweet. Medium bodied, nice to drink. Balanced honey beer, where honey is pleasant and keeps the main role, but otherwise this beer is too shy.

Smell of honey. Muddy amber colour with high creamy head. Sharp yeasty aroma to start with, softens with temperature. Medium sweet. It’s almost as good as weizen, but not quite.

50 cl bottle @ home, BBE 13.1.2013
Aroma is stale with, surprisingly, honey. But at least it is the real thing and not any artifical aroma. Also hints of metal. Flavour has sweet sugar and some honey. Also some salmiac-like aroma in the finish. Rather sticky feeling starting from the very first sip. Kind of hard to say whether I like this or not, but at least drinking big amounts would be difficult.

Draught @SOPP 2011. Poured amber with a thin white head. Loads of honey in aroma, flavor similar, honey and sweet malt with some herbal notes. Light to medium bodied. Not my thing at all.

Draught @ Gastropub Nordic

Pours orange with a medium head. Aroma has hints of honey and grass. Taste is quite sweet with notes of honey. Finish is sweet and malty, alcohol warms a bit too much. Quite unbalanced.
