500ml bottle. Hazy, dark copper colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity, yeasty aroma, hints of banana, apple, roast apple. Taste is spicy yeasty, minimally fruity, dry grainy, minimally tart; fizzy carbonation. Very close to an ordinary Hefeweizen. Imagination could inveigle to assert that one misses the slightly creamy texture typical for the wheat.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkel orangebraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig fruchtig, Getreide. Geschmack fruchtig hefig, getreidig.

Cloudy orange body, small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, some rye. Taste is moderately sweet, rye, some caramel.

Bottle. Cloudy orange, golden lace. Light salty, herbal grain aroma. Wheaty base flavour, , some orange peel, a few exotic spices and minerally notes, overall fairly subdued though. medium to light body, wheat finish.

Thanks to jonas for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer very zippy, small head. Starts malty-yeasty with nutty notes. Finish yeasty with fruity hints, modest sourish and spicy. I liked it!

Aroma has soapy citrus, some apricot and hints of toffee. Palate is a bit too high on CO2. Flavour has apricot, some soapy citrus, hints of toffee, hay and spices. Feels like a Belgian ale, no signs of lager or Germany here.

Bottle: Deep golden, slightly hazy, small off-white head, sweet-malty and turpentine-like fruity nose, bananas and wheat detectable; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, slick, light to medium bodied; increasing acidity- but still mild- in the grainy- fruity finish. Well crafted, no doubt, but not my favourite…

(bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a huge and tanned foamy head. Moderately sweet and yeasty malty aroma with notes of rye, banana, bubblegum and phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly cara-malty and fruity taste, again with bubblegum and clovy notes; slim, sweet-bitter ryish and slightly cara-malty finish. A bit slim but likeable. 06.XI.11

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is wheat, malt, hop. Flavour is sweet, wheat, malt, hop, orange, caramel, banana. Ordinary beer.

Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, banana - bubblegum. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, banana. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110415]
