Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer with a small, dense, light beige head. The aroma has a nice hoppyness, pine cones, resins and grass, with some bready caramel maltyness. Itโ€™s lighlty metallic in the mouth, medium bodied and semi-sweet, with a nice carbonation. Bready, caramel flavor with some bitterness and grass, pine cones and resin. Semi-length finish with the bitterness dominating. A rather boring one, but drinkable. 140829

Clear amber ale with a thick foamy head. Aroma is caramel and citrus hop. Those two are also dominant in the flavour. Itโ€™s not especially strong-tasting but theyโ€™re balanced rather nicely and leave a pleasant bitterness for the aftertaste. Not a spectacular beer by any stretch of the imagination but a very solid one all the same.
