Can from Hog Back Brewery shop, Tongham. Aroma has juicy stone fruit with pineapple. Hazy orange juice coloured. Thin bubbly foamy white head. Medium sour. Pineapple, citrus, stone fruit. Quite tangy. Underlying sweetness. A sprinkle of spice. Ligh-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice.

Tap at Roberto’s, Digbeth. Poured a hazy golden orange colour, with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, buttery yeast. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a fresh, grainy malt, smooth buttery toffee, light citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

On tap at Cracked Actor, Stockport. Pours a murky peach with mnimal white head. Aroma has tropical fruits and a hint of mango. Pretty much the same in the mouth where peaches and pineapple can also be found. After a while some citrus hops start to come through. Texture is fairly creamy and carbonation is low to give a smooth feel. Finish is dry and a bit sticky. This is a pretty decent beer – but not really my cup of tea at all.
