Tap at The Barrel & Horn, Bromley 31/07/2023 Vault City TTO - tart and sweet strawberry prominence with a balance of sweet vanilla coming in, lactose sweetness with tart berry fruity action, smooth mouthfeel and body, strawberry and vanilla coalesce further into the lingering close. Lovely drop.

Keg at Brighton Bierhaus, Brighton, East Sussex. A hazy orange/pink coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Strawberries, vanilla and cream taste and aroma throughout. Not really tart a really enjoyable drink on a hot afternoon on the south coast.

On tap at BrewDog Brighton, pours a cloudy rusted peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright strawberry, lactose, and a touch of vanilla. Flavour is sour and sweet, with intense strawberry, lots of sourness, vanilla and sweetness. Sweet and sour, too sweet and artificial. It's alright.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish/pink, fairly hazy, with a nice head of fine white foam. Aroma is intense, of grapefruit and lemon,, but also of something sweet, like cream. Body is average, with limited carbonation. Nice astringency. Taste is medium-high sour, combined with quite an underlying sweetness. Final is fairly long.
