Draft, third pint. @Birmingham Brewing Co., Birmingham (UK). 18/02/2023 [#5.927 Global - #693 England - #6 Birmingham Brewing Co.] Pours golden with a lacing white head. Aroma: red fruits, bubblegum and blueberry. Taste: berries and bubblegum. Mild sour tart mouthfeel. Next one please!

Keg at the Birmingham Brewing Co taproom, 18/02/23. Almost clear golden to pinkish pour with an off white head. Nose is grass, grains, pink berry sherbets, straw. Taste comprises blackcurrant, berry pips, herb, straw, damp hay, red berry sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering kiss. Passable simple sour.

Tap at the brewery. A mostly clear deep orange coloured pour with a sticky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, tangy Berry, fuzzy peach. Grass peach, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy berries, peach, nectarine, light sour. Yogurty. Palate is semi sweet moderate carbonation

Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a hazy reddish amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is biscuit dough and red berry fruits. The flavour is light sour and sweet, with a smooth, yeasty, strawberry, blackberry, bready palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
