Hop Roulette is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties. Zappa is the fifth IPA in the Hop Roulette series, using 50% Zappa and 50% Mosaic hops. Ripe citrus aroma with a touch of mint. Juicy citrus flavours are followed by intense lemon and grapefruit peel bitterness. Aftertaste lingers with hoppy bitter flavours.

Tap at Pőhja Konn. Hazy yellow colour and small white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, hay and pineapple. Medium-bodied. Grapefruity flavour with some pineapple. Interesting combo. Refreshing.
