500ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with small unstable macropore white head. Slightly sweet grainy aroma, a minimal touch of honey. Flat monotonous taste, slightly sweet grainy and muggy strawy. The honey touch is interesting but doesn’t reappear.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, grain, apple notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20111129]

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, lazy carbonation, no head to speak of; clean grainy to pale-malty nose combined with a light hayish-hoppy background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, really soft; pale malty and delicate bitter finish. Clean, mild and pleasant..................

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a dense and medium-sized foamy white head. Pale malty and slightly strawy aroma with slightly grassy hops and traces of metal. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Pale malt-character ith a present grassy and herbal hoppy blend; sweet-bitter, slightly draffy and grassy hoppy finish. Mediocre Helles. 13.VIII.10
