Elsassisch Variant is the Windy Pale Ale dry-hopped with loads of that citrusy Alsacian hop, Elixir. Honey blond, dry and easy to drink. Low carbonation and creamy foam. Flavors and aromas bring freshness to the beer (agrumes (kumquat, grapefruit), lychee, flowery and peppery). The beer is supported by a carefully crafted and pleasantly present malted cereal base.
