Cloudy pale blond color, with tendency to gushing, and therefore huge head. The aroma is quite spicy and yeasty, with a touch of lemon. The flavor is not much interesting, wheat with too much yeast and some trace of vegetables; touch of lemon; the bitterness is regular.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain. toasted, moderate yeasty, sharp yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, grain, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Bottled, thanks teddybeer! Cloudy golden, lively head. Fruity and spritzy. Some vanilla and ripe fruit. Severely overcarbonated with notes paper. Low bitterness. The clean moutfheel together with the excessive carbonation reduces the drinkability.

Bottle 33cl. Cloudy yellow appearance typical of the unfiltered wheat beer. Abundant white foam of thin bubble that will remain for all time in the glass. Intense malt aroma with citric hints slightly hopped. soft but full bodied, refreshing taste with a slightly hopped that remains lightly in the palate but is dissipated to reach the throat. Very good wheat beer for the little that is developed this style in Spain
