TDHND DIPA - Triple Dry Hop, No Dextrose
We enjoyed our first attempt at a Triple Dry Hopped No Dextrose double India Pale Ale so much that we have re-brewed it with huge quantities of Citra, Mosaic and Strata hops added on three separate cold side occasions.
Big, creamy and utterly saturated.
Hot side: Citra, Mosaic, Strata
Cold side: Citra, Mosaic, Strata

Burk torvnehallerne. Här har vi gulaktig mycket grummel . Jag kör två styra klunkar på och oj oj krämig tropisk 🌴 jos är verkligen grejen här. Inga felsmaker. Detta är verkligen hur en modern Nya Ängland ska smaka.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is nice creamy wheat, floral citrus, white grape, orange rind, pencil shavings, mellow dank. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creamy wheat, mellow dank, bitter citrus, oily juicy fruits, firm biterness. Palate is semi sweet, oily, resinous, moderate carbonation. Really nice juicy DIPA.

Foamy white head left a creamy top on a murky golden coloured body. Zesty, citrus, pine & white wine aroma. Medium bodied, foamy dry & clean. Pine, citrus, pithy, resinous dank hopped up tastes with a bitter finish. Class.

ABV: 8.4%. Murky - muddy medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, tropical fruit, mango. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderae bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, wheat - oat, fruity hops, grass, mango. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231031]
