Bottle: Golden to pale golden, stable creamy off-white head; spicy sweet orangey-wheaty nose with some caramel and yeast in the background; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied and soft; sweet orangey-wheaty finish, balanced by a mild tartness and a tinge of caramel. Noz superb, but a very well crafted Weizenbock, really well drinkable....

bottle from MoritzF - thank you! Cloudy brownish-golden colour, large off-white head. Intensive aroma of banana, bvery intensive indeed. Full-bodied, smooth palate, malty with a yeasty touch and not as much banana as in the nose.

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a dense and tall, slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, distinctively banana-fruity aroma with wheaty notes and bubblegum. Sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Pleasant and not too fat malt-character with straight notes of banana and a hint of vanilla; sweet and slightly bitter-tart finish with alcohol shining through. A decent, but also simple example of a Weizenbock. 04.IV.11
