500ml bottle from Beers of Europe: poured into an old ’Veltins’ badged 0.2 litre stemmed tulip glass three times, shared with no one. Lovely golden body, bright, clear and clean, fading white top for a head. Crisp and fairly sharp in the mouth, grainy nose and flavour: on the sweet side, yet with a good bitter finish.

Bottle [from trade with bierkoning] @ home. Clear yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly hayish, moderate malt bitterness. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle 500ml (Peta). Clear golden color, small white head. Malty, grassy and a bit cardboardish aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Sweet malty flavor. A bit fruity. Low bitterness. Ok.

Bottle at Hot Numbers, Cambridge. Pale to mid-yellow. Quickly dissipating white head in a sea of carbonation. Light aroma of grass, cereal, citrus. Nicely balanced taste: a well-judged hop bitterness underpinned by sweet malt. Hint of citrus sour toward the finish, then more sweetness. Not terribly complex but I dig it all the same.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe, 5.0%. Pours clear pale gold, thin but long-lasting white head. Aromas of pale malt, lemon, light cooked corn. Taste is more of the same. Creamy texture, herbal bitter crisp finish. Not bad.
