Yeast from both breweries, plus UK and US varieties of Cascade and Chinook hops, give resinous pine, grapefruit and pineapple flavours. Rye and East Anglian malts add a biscuity balance to this truly transatlantic collaboration.

Thin beige head on a clear copper coloured body. Sweet, fruity & stone fruit aroma. Medium bodied, soft over the tongue with a lively clean back. Malt, caramel, tea & peppery tastes with a bitter hoppy finish. Decent.

Half-pint, cask at Fullers Parcel Yard. Clear golden-brown body, scattered lacing from a patchy white head. Rather subdued smell of mid-sweet malts and ripe citrus. Blended taste of toffee, bread-like malts, and ripe citrus. A twist of resinous bitterness towards the ending. Pretty tasty. (London, King Cross 03.07.2022).
