Tap ar Intendante Tap room. Pale golden color with head. Malty aroma with touch of hops. Taste is gentle, malty, with very light touch of hops. Helles. Nice Helles.

Tap at Dois Corvos, Indente, 30th October 23. Pours a clear helles. Aroma is straw, mellow, light aromatic. Taste is mellow, citrus, aromatic, straw and fresh grass. Good

440ml can, L936, bought at Catraio in Porto. Crocheted lacing from a durable white head, almost clear pale golden body. Gentle, smooth smell of grassy hops, mid-dry. Grassy flavours blended with cereal malts and added by a citric note. Drying close with a careful note of bitterness. Clean on the swallow. Drinks very well. (Hotel room, Porto 11.09.2023).

Soft, medium sweet and grainy. Light, easily drinkable, but as this part of a tasting maybe less interesting than right after coming in from the heat. Not super crisp, but very easy.

Some crisp barley. Golden pour with decent head. Even drinking, good light lager. Crisp finish. Tap at brewery.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 4A). Can 44 cl - Batch L791 2704 (BBF 04.2023). AROMA: medium-low soft grainy malt aroma with faint hints of honey. medium-low to low herbaceous hop aroma. APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. medium-low white head, creamy, with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low grainy malt notes with a slight minerally background. faint herbaceous hop notes. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an average munich-helles type beer.
