Bottled 330ml. -from Coop Sion. Unclear yellow coloured, small airy white head that went away fast, grain and mild caramel in the nose. Quite fizzy. Sweet malty, grainy, hay and caramel with discreet notes of wheat in rather sweet finish. Not so good.

Pale beer with a mild taste of grain and malt. Not bad, just very plain and boring.

Aroma is perfumy pale malts. Taste is sweetish pale malts like a cask lager, grassy floural character too.

Nice hazy honey orange coloured body with a very thin, fast-dying white head. Aroma of honey, wheat and yeast, pretty mild. Light-bodied; Spicey flavour at first, then fades to a wheat and yeast flavour predominantly. Aftertaste is a very clean palate, only some yeast and wheat flavours noticeable and a touch of honey. Decent, not spectacular. Overall, good to try over here in Europe and par for the course. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased at the CoOp Grocery Store in Brig, Switzerland for CHF2,25 purchased and sampled on the same day: 10-November-2009, with a Best By date of 08-March-2010.

Bottle brought home from holiday in Switzerland. Pours a somewhat unappealing pale golden colour, a little cloudy to begin with, which cleared. Some head that soon disappeared to nothing leaving it very flat. Aroma has hints of citrus orange, but not overpowering. Overall it was OK, there is certainly worse about.

33cl bottle from COOP, Moudon.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a frothy medium-sized white head. Sweet and slightly dusty and grainy malty aroma with a notes of cooked carrots. Sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slim and slightly grainy malty base with present herbal hops and subtle fruity notes towards the slim and short hop bitter finish with a slightly papery grainy aftertaste. Profane Kölsch/Kölner Wiess-like beer. 03.VIII.10
