We brewed this beer to be big and flavourful, but really worked to balance the hops creating a ridiculously smooth and satisfying beer. Citra, Idaho 7 and Simcoe bring out the best in each other in this one with a mountain of citrus and stonefruit up front and a subtle woodsy vibe happening in the back end.
