On the Beech Sparkling is a very limited edition, single barrel, follow-on to last year’s critically acclaimed still version.
A barrel matured blend of White Beech, Major and Browns Apple, bottled with a little cryo-extracted apple juice to gain some natural sparkle. Aromatically it’s as good a cider as we’ve made – all beautiful, dusty honeysuckle perfume and wine gums on the nose.
Hazy orange gold in the glass, it's loaded with bright, juicy fruit – apricot, yellow plums and orange skins – all carried along by some gorgeous, twangy acid.
A killer match with all sorts of street food, drink it cool with warm company.
