Tasting in Rome-Italy with daniele and Mortlach, bottle. Hazy golden a bit cloudy but nice, medium foam. Nose: silk banana feel, fruit pulp kind of jam, ripped banana. Smooth aroma and nice. Mouth: carbonation is medium-soft, in the mouth the beer stays balanced, wheat and some sparkling/hoppy end.

Bottle. Aroma is lots of banana, also white bread, a bit of grassy hops. Orange colour, cloudy, rocky head that does not stay long - very disappointing for a hefeweizen. Light bitterness. Lively carbonation, medium body. Solid one.

Big fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is mild fruity, banana, yeast, minerals, hay, grass, dough, bubblegum, wheat. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, weeds, metal tank, grass, wheat, yeast, minerals, hay, banana, paper. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh metallic mouthfeel. Boring.

GBBF Day 2. Bottleshare. Hazy gold beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine crispness. Wheaty malts, some floralness. Banana esters. Mild and ripe citrus. Light dry finish. Fine.

0.5l bottle. Quite in the mood for a good Weis now, hopefully this won't let me down. Starts good with a nice cloudy looking orange pour. On the top of that there's a really good looking fluffy, lasting and quite lacing white cartoon head. Nice. Lots og banana and cloves on the nose. Just what I was expecting, and wanted. Yeasty and quite inviting to smell at. Tastes nice also. Quite refreshing. It's perhaps a tad thin in the mouth, on the border of watery and its average on the carbonation. More banana and wheat in the taste. Wheaty yeasty, some peppery cloves and a mild minerallic hint in the end. Lightdrinkable, wheat sweet, really good and just what I wanted right about now. 01.10.2016

Bottle at GBBF. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is soft, bread, cracker, hay, straw, spice, ginger, nougat and sweet banana. The taste is soft, sweet, banana & pancakes, marshmallow, candy, fruity, nougat, citrus peel, light alcohol and bread with a short, sweet finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fair hefe.
