0,33l can from Alko. Clear, cola looking beer with small, stable head. Aroma has roasted malts, chocolate and dried fruits. Taste has lots of wood and whisky. Also vanilla, coffee and sweet caramel. Almost full body. Good, but expected even more.

Can 330ml (Alko web)
Dark almost opaque colour, small steady beige head. Wood, whiskey, some alcohol and toastyness in the nose. Medium-bodied, even a bit thin for ABV. Vanilla, rhum, toasted notes and some alcohol. Not so much wood in the flavour. Simple.

A colablack beer, a head is medium and beige. Aroma has chocolate, roastiness, caramel, some dark fruits and hint of sweet vanilla. Taste has coffee, balanced and caramel sweetness, wood barrel. Medium+ bodied. Good beer but I expected more. The barreling is mild.

Can from Alko. Exp. 08/21. Poured cola brown. Coffee, mocha, whiskey fumes in aroma. Feels almost watery. Light chocolatey, some whisky, warmth, coffee notes. Warming finish. Empty feeling. Lacks body.

(Can, 0.33 l - BBE 08/21, from Alko, 20181015) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla and whisky. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, dark chocolate, vanilla, whisky and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, woody, sweet and bitter. A bit too sweet brew with not too heavy barrel effects.

Can. Black pour. Aroma of chocolate, oak, smoke, licorice, roasted malt and tarr. Taste has soft smoke, caramel, licorice, subtle whisky, oak, tarr, ash and mocha coffee. Quite nice and surprisingly balanced for a ba kees.

0.33 l can from 'Het Biermoment', best before August 2021. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a thin, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and traces of whisky. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty taste of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, vanilla, some licorice and a touch of whisky, followed by a long, gently roasty-bitter, a bit earthy, moderately warming-alcoholic finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice beer, quite pleasant, not too boozy. Wonder why so many people get green apple and I don't, usually I'm quite sensitive to that. Maybe different barrels and no blending?

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Dark brown to black color, average sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, boozy, whisky. The suspected flavors really, but don't get much of the green apples everybody keeps talking about. Not great but ok imo. 7-3-7-3-14.
