Grown at high altitude, the Mundo Novo single origin of Fazenda Bom Jesus is the apex of Brazillian coffee. The unbelievably smooth, medium roast, decadent chocolate Nd sweet caramel is a gift from the coffee heavens.
To condition a stout on these beans is a high wire act where the malts and the oak must be in perfect balance. Leaning the malt bill to the sweeter, lighter roast side and restricting the time in oak to six months to impart a hint of vanilla keeps the divine light shining directly onto the coffee.

Can thanks to Stuu666. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas are woody, boozy, apple, chocolate. Taste is boozy, chocolate, wood again. Boozy finish. Not sure about this to be honest.
