Bottle from ElDesmadre, thanks! Dark brown color. Grainy honey aroma. Grainy honey flavor. Very sweet, there is not much room for anything else.

F: big, tanned, good retention. C: dark, opaque. A: herbal, honey, bit fruity, cherries. T: herbal together with nice roasted tones, bit honey, light fruity, light caramel, light honey fruity aftertaste, very nice, medium body and carbonation, enjoyed, 0,5l bottle from Kuchnia Polska food shop in Brussels

Butelka z datą ważności do 27.11.2017/A28. BARWA: bardzo ciemny bursztyn, klarowne z rubinowymi refleksami. PIANA : jasno brązowa, średnia , drobno pęcherzykowa średnio trwała, lacing brak. AROMAT: na pierwszym miejscu miód raczej gryczany ( akurat mam wielokwiatowy z którym porównywałem, zresztą czuć charakterystyczną nutę gryczanego , która jest w gryczanym z manufaktury), przypalony karmel i delikatna metaliczna nuta ( nie żelazo , na skórze nic nie wychodzi, pewnie od chmielu). SMAK: umiarkowana słodycz, oczywiście miód ( w smaku bardziej kwiatowy) , trochę lukrecji , palonego karmelu, delikatna słodka czekolada i niska ziołowo-korzenna goryczka. Średnie wysycenie, trochę pustawe, za mało ciała ( tym bardziej że to 16plato) . Pierwsze piwo miodowe od chyba trzech lat, średnie.
