Bottle [from trade with RW80] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Very hazy orangy color, average to medium sized off-white head. Aroma is sweaty feet and wet moldy straw or grass. Taste lightly malts, wheat, straw, hay, wet moldy straw and grass and butter. Weird and not good. Bad weizen.

Smooth, yeasty nose. The beer starts very sweet. Sharp bitterness in between. Short aftertaste, very strange. Sweetish grainy aftertaste with a sweetish yeasty bitterness.

At a private tasting in Belgrade/Serbia. Huge thanks to markoijelena. Pours amber color with a minimal white foamy head which quickly disappear. Nose is quite flat: banana, candies. Mouth is sweet (too sweet), sugar. Not good!

Tap at the Brewpub. Aroma is nice, citrus, orange, light bubblegilum. Hazy orange colour. Taste has mostly yeast character, clove, peppery, grainy. Quite nice and typical. Refreshing and easily drinkable.

Bottle pours a hazy coppery / orange color and a small white head. Aroma is expected wheat and grainy, slight dust and yeast. Not the best. I generally don’t like wheat beers but this one is actually OK. Not too sweet, not too wheaty and slightly bitter. Drinkable but I still prefer other styles.

On Tap at Medvedgrad, Zagreb. Pours cloudy orange, fruity aroma, small to medium head, medium body. Not bad but the problem is Medvedgrad beers lack consistency so the quality can vary.

Ein Bier, das mich positiv überrascht hat. Wenn man bedenkt, dass Kroatien sonst eher für leichtes Urlaubs-Karlovacko bekannt ist. Sollte sich einmal die Gelegenheit ergeben, dieses Bier zu bekommen, so kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Big bottle from my friend Peter B. Many thanks. Dark golden color with small white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, clove. Taste, wheat, banana, clove. Strange aftertaste.

On tap at Pivnica Mali Medo, Zagreb. Hazy deep golden to orange with a white head. Fruity and lightly yeasty aroma with banana, wheat and hints of honey and hops. Medium body with quite average carbonation. Moderate sweet with some acidity and quite nice flavour and a light bitterness in the finish. Fresh, refreshing and nice! (2013-05-17)
