(Draught at Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm, 18 Sep 2022) Black colour with brief, brown head. Malty, roasted nose with dark chocolate, sweet espresso, ripe banana, peanuts and a touch of soy sauce. Malty, roasted, sweet taste with notes of sweet espresso, dark chocolate, soy sauce, treacle, roastad nuts and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Full body, sweet. Thick and oily mouthfeel. On the sweet side, but really rich and tasty. Very nice.

[ As Omnipollo All Wise Peanut Banana Imperial Stout ].
ABV: 12.5%. Clear dark black colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate - vanilla, sweet coffee, banana, peanut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, peanut, banana, caramel, chocolate, sweet coffee, sticky. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy - syrupy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220530]
